- Learn to identify and feel your feelings,
- Learn how to support yourself with the feelings you have,
- Learn how to know what you want and need
- Look at ways you stop yourself from having what you want and need
and through this introspection,
Become who you want to be and create a fulfilling life that reflects this alignment with yourself.
